Become a Smart member
To start, Becomebecome a member of the cooperative and fill outcomplete the Employment Datasheet,. we'We'll confirm your data within one business day.
Please note:note: Your membershipMembership in the cooperative does not automatically mean that you are employed!
Save your orders
AfterOnce ourwe confirmation,have confirmed your membership, your account will be activated and you'you’ll be able to save your first orders. in the Smart Portal.

Payment guarantee
YouWhen saving orders, you can decidechoose whether your client should confirm the orderorder.

If you
choose toskip client confirmation, we can only employ youinforthe currentthat month ifyourthe client has already paid us before the 10th of themonth.month. -
For clients outside the EU,
wepayment must alwaysrequirebetheirreceivedpaymentbeforefirst.employment can begin.
Employment request
After Smart confirms your first order form,form and your budget willshows be generated, andincome, you'll be able to send ussubmit an employment request. ChooseWhen requesting employment, choose an employment category based on your avarageaverage expected income.
The employment begins
We'llWe thenwill review and approve your employment request. You'llYou will receive your employment contract viaby e-mail.email.

Your first salary will be transferred at the end of your first month of
employment,employment.and -
Your payslip will also be emailed
to youat the end of the month.
If you are requesting a Minijob (603€ gross or less), please take a look atcheck the specific information regarding Minijob contracts.
