Mein.Smart - your safe documents storage on Nextcloud

YYou will receive access to your personal cloud on Mein.Smart no later than the middle or end of your first month of employment. You will then receive a notification by email and should create a password when logging in for the first time.

Have you forgotten your login details? Try the 'Forgot password' function. If it still does not work, contact Smart.

 The cloud is used for the secure storage of your payslips and is used in addition to the “Documents” section in the Smart Portal.

Members who used mein.Smart before the Smart Portal was introduced will still find archived employment contracts and the old budget overviews there. Please note that the budget overviews on mein.Smart have not updated after February 2024. You can find your current budget status in the Smart Portal.
