Mein.Smart - your safe documents storage on Nextcloud

You will receive access to your personal cloud at Mein.Smart after your membership has been confirmed via the Smart Portal. You will then receive an e-mail notification and should create a password when you log in for the first time.

Have you forgotten your login details? Try the 'Forgot password' function. If it still does not work, contact Smart.

 The cloud is a secure way to store your payslips. You can find your monthly payslips and income tax statements there. 

Members who used mein.Smart before the Smart Portal was introduced will still find archived employment contracts and the old budget overviews there. Please note that the budget overviews on mein.Smart have not updated after February 2024. You can find your current budget status in the Smart Portal.
