Mein.Smart - your safe documents storage on Nextcloud
YYou will receive access to your personal cloud on Mein.Smart no later than the middle or end of your first month of employment. You will then receive a notification by email and should create a password when logging in for the first time.
Have you forgotten your login details? Try the 'Forgot password' function. If it still does not work, contact Smart.
The cloud is used for the secure storage of your payslips and is used in addition to the “Documents” section in the Smart Portal.
Here is an overview of the files and their storage locations:

Members who used Mein.Smart before the introduction of the Smart Portal will still find their archived employment contracts and previous budget overviews there. Please note that the budget overviews on Mein.Smart have not been updated since February 2024. You can find your current budget status in the Smart Portal.
